Bakeries, Restaurants, and Shops Inspected in Lefke Ahead of Ramadan

The Lefke Municipality conducted large-scale inspections of catering and retail facilities ahead of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to the mayor's office, health and municipal inspectors simultaneously checked bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores across the district.
During the inspections, particular attention was paid to:
- Sanitary conditions and cleanliness of production areas;
- Staff compliance with regulations;
- Food storage conditions;
- Product expiration dates.
In bakeries and restaurants, inspectors examined production zones and kitchen conditions. In shops, municipal staff checked the expiration dates of products on shelves item by item.
