In Nicosia, a car collided with a concrete wall: two people were injured
Two people were injured as a result of a traffic accident on the North Ring Road in Nicosia. The car collided with a concrete barrier while in motion.
According to the press service of the TRNC police, the accident occurred yesterday evening, around 20:50. On the approach to the Sanayi roundabout, 23-year-old Celin Karada lost control of the vehicle, causing the car to veer to the left side of the road and collide with the safety median. The impact threw the car against a concrete wall.
The driver, a young woman named Celin Karada, and the passenger, 23-year-old Furkan Ayavefe, were both injured in the accident. They sustained injuries and were transported to the Dr. Burhan Nalbantoglu State Hospital in Nicosia, where their treatment is ongoing.
