Vlassides Winery

Sofoklis Vlassides founded Vlassides Winery in 1998 between the villages of Koilani and Vouni. The vineyards, situated at elevations from 700 to 1100 meters above sea level, are located in the Kilani area, south of Troodos.

Vlassides wines have been recognized in wine competitions, including the Thessaloniki Wine Competition 2004 (Cabernet Sauvignon 2000), Brussels Wine Competition 2006 (Shiraz 2003), and the Cyprus Wine Competition 2008 (Shiraz 2006).

Zambartas Winery

The winery was founded in 2006 by Akis Zambartas, who during his career as an oenologist at KEO rediscovered 12 local grape varieties, including Maratheftiko, Lefkada, Promara, Spourtiko, and Yannoudi.

Today, his son Markos, a winemaker trained in Australia, continues the legacy and manages the winery together with his wife Marlin.

Tsiakkas Winery

Tsiakkas Winery was founded in 1988 and is located in Pelendri, in the Pitsilia region of Limassol district. The vineyards are in the same area. Cold winters and cool, dry summers, combined with volcanic soils, contribute to low yields, which is important for producing high-quality grapes.

Wines are made from both international and local grape varieties. The winery also produces Commandaria and Zivania.

Ktima Gerolemo Winery

Ktima Gerolemo Winery is located about 1 km north of the village of Omodos at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, in the heart of the wine region. Visitors are guided through the family-owned winery and introduced to the principles of organic viticulture and winemaking. Tastings and snacks are usually available.

Kyperounda Winery

Kyperounda Winery is located in the village of Kyperounda (Limassol region). The four-hectare vineyard is situated at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level. Grape varieties include Xynisteri, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The underground cellar holds 250 oak barrels of 225 liters each, in which Kyperounda wine matures.

Oenou Yi Winery

The modern Oenou Yi Winery combines high-tech equipment with tradition. It is located among vineyards at altitudes ranging from 800 to 1060 meters (Aphamis peak). The rocky soils gradually impart mineral notes and bright acidity to the wine.
