Rainy and Dusty Weather Expected in Cyprus on April 2
The Republic of Cyprus Meteorology Department reports that a moderate low-pressure system will affect the region on Wednesday, April 2. A thin layer of dust will also remain in the air.
Skies will be partly cloudy in the morning, with scattered showers and thunderstorms expected—starting in the west and gradually spreading to other areas.
During the day, temperatures are forecast to reach around 23°C inland and along the coast, while mountain regions will see highs of about 13°C.
By evening and overnight, conditions will mostly clear up, though increased cloud cover in the west and north may bring occasional showers.
Nighttime temperatures will drop to around 9°C inland, 11-14°C along the coast, and 5°C in the mountains.
On Thursday, partly cloudy skies will continue, with occasional rain and a chance of storms.
Temperatures will dip slightly, falling just below the seasonal average.
