Limassol Greens Enters a New Stage of Development: Housing, Golf and Infrastructure

After a landmark year in 2025, when the first residences were handed over and an international-standard golf club was opened, the Limassol Greens project is entering a new phase of growth. In 2026, the focus is on expanding residential development, enhancing public infrastructure, and creating a fully integrated living environment.

In September 2025, the first 74 properties — 22 villas and 52 apartments in the Robin East and Robin West buildings — were delivered to owners. This marked the actual beginning of a permanent residential community within the complex.

In October, the 18-hole golf course designed by renowned architect Cabell B. Robinson began operations. The 6.3 km course meets international standards and opened to the public in December 2025. The complex is complemented by a 320-meter driving range with 30 TrackMan screens, as well as a golf academy for beginner players.

During the first months of operation, around 100 active club members were registered, including both local and international residents. On January 31, 2026, the first major tournament — the Winter Open — was held here, attracting more than 100 participants.

More than 5,000 trees have already been planted on the территории, creating an extensive green zone. In 2026, development will continue in the western part of the project — across 150,000 sq. m, public spaces, walking routes, playgrounds, padel and tennis courts will be created.

The social core of the project remains the Clubhouse with The Roost restaurant, offering modern street food cuisine and weekend brunches. In 2026, the opening of a new space, The Nest, a café, a family restaurant, and a children’s club is planned.

The infrastructure will be complemented by a Fitness & Spa Center — a wellness center with gyms, swimming pools, a spa area, and an outdoor yoga площадка.
