Famagusta Hotels Face First Cancellations Due to Middle East Situation
The tourism industry in Famagusta has entered a state of uncertainty amid military tensions in the Middle East. The first cancellations of hotel bookings in the region have already been recorded.
According to tourism sector representatives, some hotels are also considering postponing the start of the season while waiting for further developments.
At the same time, cancellations currently only affect the coming weeks. Bookings for the summer months remain stable, and no mass cancellations for this period have been observed.
Hotel industry representatives note that the future situation will depend directly on how the conflict in the region evolves in the coming days.
