Housing Sales in Cyprus Exceed €1.9 Billion
In the Republic of Cyprus, the volume of new housing sales surpassed €1.9 billion in the first nine months of 2024.
According to the daily newspaper Haravgi, from January to September 2024, 4,335 apartments were sold in Southern Cyprus for a total of €1.45 billion. This represents a significant increase of 27.7% compared to the same period in 2023.
Additionally, local media reported that the number of houses sold during the first nine months of 2024 reached 918, amounting to €457.2 million.
However, compared to 2023, sales of houses have declined by 9.2% this year.
