Police Officer Injured in Traffic Accident in Larnaca
A police officer was hospitalized after a traffic accident in Larnaca, when he collided with a car while riding his service motorcycle.

According to the police press office, the accident took place yesterday afternoon at around 4:45 PM. The officer, a member of the Z unit, was riding his service motorcycle on the Larnaca Airport roundabout when he crashed into a passing vehicle.
Emergency services arrived at the scene, and the officer was taken to Larnaca General Hospital. Doctors diagnosed him with a broken leg and abrasions. He has been admitted for treatment.
The passengers in the other vehicle were unharmed.
