The first baby of 2026 was born in Limassol

The first child of 2026 in Cyprus was a girl — she was born in Limassol, at one of the city’s private clinics. The birth took place naturally.
According to the medical facility, the baby was born at 02:25 and weighs 3,105 grams. The delivery was assisted by doctors Sakhnova and Polycarpou, as well as midwife Kyriaki Andreou.
