Limassol Courier Robbed by Gang of 10 Hooded Attackers
A food delivery courier in Limassol was assaulted and robbed by a group of ten hooded individuals in a shocking late-night attack.
According to police, the incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. in the Kato Polemidia area.
The 34-year-old courier said he was delivering an order when a young man, approximately 20 years old, approached him claiming to be the customer. Moments later, nine more individuals, all wearing hoods and with their faces covered, appeared. They attacked the courier and stole his waist bag, which contained his mobile phone, cash, personal documents, and other belongings.
The victim was taken to Limassol General Hospital, where he received first aid before being referred for further treatment.
Police in Limassol have launched an investigation and are actively working to identify the attackers.
