42-Year-Old Man Stabs Customer in Polis Chrysochous Establishment
Around 03:00 AM, police received a report of an attack on a customer at an establishment in the Polis Chrysochous area (Paphos district). According to preliminary data, following a verbal altercation, a 42-year-old man pulled a knife and wounded a 25-year-old customer.
Both individuals involved in the incident were taken to Polis Hospital, where the 25-year-old was diagnosed with neck and shoulder wounds, and the 42-year-old with head and face injuries. They were later transferred to Paphos Hospital for additional examinations. After receiving treatment, the 25-year-old man left the medical facility of his own accord, and the 42-year-old was discharged.
As part of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for the 42-year-old; he has been detained and placed in custody. The circumstances of the incident are being established. The investigation is being continued by the Polis Chrysochous police station.
