Theft case in Girne: five more arrested
As part of the investigation into a 'theft by employee' case in Girne, five more people have been detained.
Previously, a 27-year-old cashier was arrested who, according to the investigation, embezzled large quantities of products (chicken, mozzarella, red meat, ice cream, french fries, peppers), as well as funds from orders through an online application, without processing them through the cash register system.
During further investigation, the police established the possible involvement of five more people, who were also detained.
