Inflation in Northern Cyprus reached 36.37% in November

In Northern Cyprus, inflation in November 2025 remains very high: consumer prices increased by 36.37% year-on-year. Basic goods and services became the most expensive, indicating continued strong inflationary pressure throughout the year.
Economists note that this trend particularly affects residents with low and medium incomes: expenses for food, utilities, and transport are rising, while the real purchasing power of households continues to decline.
