Temperature drop expected in Northern Cyprus: 29–32°C on the coast
The Meteorological Department reports that from 25 September to 1 October, Northern Cyprus will experience a temperature drop and the influence of a low-pressure area with warm and relatively humid air masses.
In the first days of the period, maximum temperatures in inland areas are expected to reach 33–36°C. In the second half of the period, as well as throughout the entire period on the coast, temperatures are forecast at 29–32°C.
The weather will be mostly clear with some clouds. On weekend mornings, fog is expected, which may reduce visibility on the roads. Winds will blow mainly from the south and west, of moderate strength, occasionally strong in some areas.
For residents, this means cooler weather on the coast compared to previous days, possible reduced visibility in the mornings during the weekend, and stronger winds at times. The Meteorological Department recommends taking weather conditions into account when planning trips and sea outings.
