NORTH CYPRUS RESUMES APPLICATIONS FOR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP
In Northern Cyprus, the application system for scholarships (YÖBİS) for studying in higher education institutions in the fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year has resumed.
This was announced by the Director of the Department of Higher Education and External Relations of the Ministry of National Education, Behçet Çelebi.
The application system for scholarships (YÖBİS) will be open again from November 23rd to December 1st to ensure that students are not adversely affected by the changes made to the Scholarship Regulation.
Students eligible for scholarships as a result of these changes are required to submit the corresponding applications. This can be done on the YÖBİS system website: https://yobisonline.mebnet.net/.
