"This is a disgrace": a lawyer complained about dirty toilets at Ercan Airport
In Northern Cyprus, lawyer Ayşe Öztabay complained about the dirty toilets at Ercan Airport. The lawyer called the condition of the public facilities a disgrace for the country.
The lawyer shared her impressions of visiting the toilet at the airport on her social media page. According to the lawyer, the restroom was very dirty and covered with rust.
"Last week, I was at Ercan Airport, and what can I say! I went to the toilet! First, I rolled up my pants! Then I went in! Everything was covered in rust! I came from an international airport, and the toilets used by thousands of people were like this! This is a disgrace! I don't know what to say!" Ayşe Öztabay exclaimed.
It is worth noting that the new Ercan Airport opened in Northern Cyprus in July of last year. After the launch of the renovated airport into operation, visitors complained about various shortcomings and malfunctions at the airport terminal. In particular, there were repeated power outages at the airport, leading to flight delays and queues at the passenger check-in and baggage claim stages.
