Three new arrests in Lefkoşa in the case of the shooting at the “Uluhan” car dealership
A father and his two sons, who were detained yesterday in connection with the shooting at the “Uluhan” car dealership, were brought before a court in Lefkoşa in Northern Cyprus today. The court ordered that the suspects be held in custody for three days as part of the investigation.
Police reported that CCTV footage helped identify a vehicle through which, according to investigators, the firearm was transferred.
It was also noted that one of the detainees, F.Y., confessed to committing the crime and gave testimony.
The source did not provide further details of the investigation. The court’s decision to impose a three-day detention means that investigative actions against the suspects will continue, with additional information depending on the results of the investigation and official statements by the police and the prosecution.
