Mountains on Stage Film Festival: Summer Edition 2026

The Mountains on Stage program presents four original films that combine team spirit, humor, poetry, and the desire to push beyond the possible. These films have no actors — only real people and their true adventures: mountaineering, big wall climbing, paragliding, and daring expeditions.

Film Program:
• Patagonian Chimeras — the story of the first female ascent of the legendary Cerro Torre.
• The Cherry on the Cake — a journey to the cliffs of Greenland aboard the vessel Kamak.
• Why I Fly — a poetic film about the freedom of paragliding.
• The Queen Swing — a crazy challenge in Yosemite: climbing three walls in 24 hours.
