Cyprus launches strategy to improve international image
The Government of Cyprus has unveiled a strategic plan to strengthen the country's international image. The initiative was reviewed during a Cabinet meeting and aims to shape a modern and attractive profile of the state abroad.
According to the Director of the President’s Press Office, Victoras Papadopoulos, the project is being implemented in collaboration with Invest Cyprus and involves a comprehensive approach to promoting the country on the international stage.
A key element of the strategy will be a unified positioning under the slogan "Stability with Perspective: A European Base with Global Reach." This message reflects the commitment to present Cyprus as a reliable, safe, and dynamically developing country with a significant regional role and a firm European orientation.
An international strategic communications firm has been engaged to implement the project. The plan includes the formation of a unified narrative about modern Cyprus, which will be adapted for various sectors — from investment and technology to tourism.
Special attention within the strategy will be given to showcasing human capital, economic potential, and investment opportunities. Authorities anticipate that the new communication policy will help bolster international partners' trust and increase Cyprus's appeal to businesses and investors.
The implementation of this strategy is expected to strengthen the country's global standing and create a more cohesive and competitive image of Cyprus amidst growing international competition.
