Limassol prepares new 93-meter skyscraper for shipping company
A major development project is planned for Limassol: a 24-story office skyscraper standing 93 meters tall will be built in the Tsiflikoudia area. The project, valued at approximately 50 million euros, is being implemented by Interorient Shipmanagement.
The new business center will rise on the site of the company's existing offices, near the New Limassol Port. Upon completion, about 600 employees will be able to work there. The building will feature modern office spaces, underground parking, a gym, and a cafe intended exclusively for staff.
The project includes a significant amount of underground infrastructure: three levels of parking with a total area of over 4,800 sq. m. The total construction area will exceed 10,000 sq. m. The existing building will be demolished before construction begins.
According to the plan, construction work will take about 34 months once permits are obtained. The architects emphasize that the project was designed considering the limited space of the plot and its proximity to existing structures, aiming for maximum efficiency in utilizing the remaining building coefficient.
The Tsiflikoudia district has been actively developing in recent years, gradually transforming into one of Limassol's new business clusters. The arrival of the new skyscraper is expected to boost business activity in the city's coastal zone and further strengthen Limassol's position as a key shipping and corporate business hub in the Eastern Mediterranean.
