Cyprus to Experience Heatwave with Temperatures Soaring to 40°C on June 3
According to the Republic of Cyprus Meteorology Department, Friday, May 31, will see the region under the influence of a warm air mass.
Today, during the first half of the day, the weather will predominantly be clear. According to the meteorological forecast, daytime temperatures will rise to 40°C inland, 34°C on the southern and eastern coasts, 31°C on the other coasts, and 30°C in mountainous areas.
By evening, the weather will remain predominantly clear and sunny.
The air temperature will drop to 22°C inland and on the coasts, and to 20°C in mountainous areas.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will see clear and warm weather.
Temperatures will gradually rise, significantly surpassing the average climatic indicators.
