Pame Express bus line to be temporarily suspended in Cyprus
Cyprus Public Transport has announced a temporary suspension of the Pame Express service.
It is reported that the line will cease operations starting Monday, March 23, 2026. The reason cited is a severe shortage of drivers, which prevents the company from ensuring the normal functioning of the routes.
The company noted that various attempts were made to avoid this decision; however, the staff deficit continues to impact public transport operations.
Cyprus Public Transport apologized to passengers for the inconvenience and stated that it is already seeking solutions to return the Pame Express service to operation as soon as possible.
