13-year-old driver detained in Limassol
A 13-year-old driver was detained in Limassol. In the car were also his 22-year-old sister and a 9-month-old baby.
The incident occurred on June 26 at 16:45. According to documents, the car belongs to the boy's father. Neither the driver nor the passenger were wearing seat belts, and the baby was held in the woman’s arms. There was no child seat in the car.
Since the driver is not yet 14 years old, he cannot be held legally accountable.
However, his sister and father were charged with inadequate supervision.
