Two small dogs were left in Agalandi Park in Nicosia
Two abandoned Chihuahua puppies were found in a fenced area of the Academy Park in the Aglantzia district. The information emerged after activist Marianna Sevasti posted on the Lost & Found Pets of Cyprus page.
According to eyewitnesses, the dogs were in an enclosed space without supervision or help. In the published videos, the animals appear scared, disoriented, and in urgent need of support. It is unknown how long they were in this condition and whether they have owners.
Animal welfare activists are urging anyone with information about the dogs’ owners or who can temporarily foster them to come forward as soon as possible. They also reminded that leaving animals unattended is a form of cruelty.
