A new illuminated waterfall has appeared in Paphos, becoming a tourist attraction
In the very center of the tourist area of Paphos, between the Alexander The Great and Almyra hotels, a new spectacular structure has appeared — a decorative waterfall that is already attracting the attention of tourists and local residents. The attraction has become an unexpected novelty for those strolling along the coastal area of Lower Paphos, as well as for those who exercise or relax in this area.
The new waterfall was created on the initiative of the Paphos municipality and is already being seen as a unique project aimed at improving the city's tourist image and increasing the attractiveness of the city promenade.
Paphos Mayor Angelos Onisiforou noted that the implementation of the project significantly improves the aesthetics of the area, adding individuality and enhancing the quality of public space. According to him, such initiatives allow residents and visitors of the city to perceive the coastal area of Paphos in a new way.
The head of the municipality emphasized that the city council continues to invest in projects aimed at developing and promoting the city. He also expressed gratitude to the technical services and all specialists involved in creating the attraction.
«With strength, vision and modesty, we continue to create a more modern, more human and more beautiful Paphos for everyone», — Angelos Onisiforou said, commenting on the new project.
The new waterfall has become another element of urban improvement that, according to the authorities' plan, should strengthen Paphos's image as one of the island's key tourist destinations.
