Strong Winds, Rain, and Thunderstorms Expected in Northern Cyprus on April 2
The TRNC Meteorology Department has issued a weather alert for Wednesday, April 2, warning of strong winds, rain, and thunderstorms across Northern Cyprus. A low-pressure system combined with cool, humid air is expected to impact the region.
Forecasters predict partly cloudy skies with occasional showers and thunderstorms. Winds will be strong from the northwest, with gusts reaching storm levels, prompting a weather warning for severe winds.
Despite the unsettled conditions, temperatures will remain within the seasonal average, ranging between 16°C and 21°C in most areas.
