On March 3, 2026, the TRNC Parliamentary Committee on Administrative, Public, and Health Affairs held a session to continue the article-by-article review of the bill amending the Bayrak Radio Television Corporation (BRTK) Law.
The meeting, chaired by UBP Deputy Sunat Atun, involved representatives from the Prime Ministry, BRTK management, and the Bay-Sen trade union. While various stakeholders presented their views on the proposed organizational changes, the committee deferred the finalization of the bill until the next session to conclude the detailed review.
