Resi Festival

The village of Pano Kivides invites guests to a day dedicated to "Resi" — one of the most traditional dishes of a Cypriot wedding. Local women will prepare this treat for everyone, providing a unique opportunity to taste a dish of goat or lamb with wheat, slow-cooked for a long time to a creamy texture.

In addition to the tasting, guests can expect a program from dance and music groups featuring traditional songs and dances. The festival will also offer other national dishes, village wine, and zivania in the cozy atmosphere of the village square.
