Rain, Strong Winds, and Dust Expected in Cyprus by Mid-Week

According to Cyprus Mail, Sunday in Cyprus is expected to see variable to mostly cloudy weather with local showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Hail is possible during thunderstorms. Snow or sleet may occur on the highest peaks of Troodos. A gradual improvement in weather conditions is expected starting from the afternoon.

Daytime temperatures will rise to around 17°C inland, about 20°C along the coast, and around 9°C in the high mountains. Increased cloudiness will persist at night, with isolated precipitation possible in the west of the island. Night temperatures will drop to about 9°C inland, around 11°C along the coast, and about 2°C in the high mountains, where frost is expected in places.

On Monday, variable cloudiness is forecast with a chance of isolated showers around midday, mainly in mountainous areas. Dust is also expected to arrive by mid-week.
