Nighttime arson: ambulances catch fire at a private clinic in Geroskipou
Late last night in Geroskipou, a fire broke out in the parking lot of the Royal Artemis Medical Center. Around one in the morning, four parked ambulances caught fire.
According to police, the vehicles were parked next to each other, which contributed to the rapid spread of the fire. The fire was promptly extinguished by the fire service, but the vehicles sustained serious damage, particularly to their front sections.
The final amount of damage has not yet been determined. According to the preliminary version of the investigation, the fire may have been intentional.
Law enforcement authorities are continuing their investigation to establish the causes of the incident and those who may be involved.
