Shooting at company offices on Amathountos Avenue in Limassol
At around 03:50 early this morning in Limassol, shots were fired at the offices of a company on Amathountos Avenue. Police arrived at the scene to inspect and collect evidence.
Preliminary information suggests the shooters may have fled on a motorcycle. The gunfire damaged the office's glass entrance.
It is noted that this is the second attack on the same company: in July, an explosion occurred at its Limassol office. The current incident is being investigated by the criminal division of Limassol police.
Police continue the investigation and are taking measures to identify those responsible and determine the circumstances of the incident. For residents of Limassol and visitors to the office area, this means increased police presence and possible temporary access restrictions to the section of Amathountos Avenue during investigative actions.
